Caden Price, born on August 24th, 2005, from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is a defenseman in the WHL. The left-handed blueliner stands at 6’1” and 181 pounds, and was a top defender on the Kelowna Rockets this season. With the large role, Price managed to produce five goals and 35 assists for 40 points in 65 games this year. The season prior, Price scored two goals and 19 assists for 21 points in 47 games with the Rockets.

Price excels in transition play, carrying the puck up the ice quickly, and if his lane is closed off, making a quick and accurate pass to a teammate in motion, supporting the rush. He finished the 2022-23 season tied for fourth in team scoring, with five goals and 40 points in 65 games.

Price was sometimes considered a late first round type earlier in the year, I'm surprised he fell so far. He's very solid, albeit nothing special. The frame and the smooth skating would normally have him go a lot higher.

Has had a pretty good start to the season. 15 points in the first 10 games. Though, I am taking this with a grain of salt considering he is playing with Tij Iginla (11 points in 8 games) and Andrew Cristall (12 points in 5 games).
