KHL transitioned to NHL size ice several years ago. I could be mistaken but I don't think there are any outliers left still using international or 'Finnish' size rinks.
Where would he slot in? He has been identified as a C and LW, bottom six but one gets the impression that he’s still developing so it’s unclear.
Finally, our 2C
Oh well, we would have won the trade even if we got back a moulded orange.MacDermid
Thanks. How is his skating? Top speed? Acceleration?I'd say ideally he's a 3rd center. He always plays 100%, sometimes even more. Fast physical grinder with some skill, kinda like Voronkov, but not as big and more physical. Very good PKer as well.

I can’t say I’ve watched much Voronkov and I haven’t watched any Bardskov, but looking at the numbers they have had similar KHL progressions. Voro went 19, 12, and 31 points and Bard went 18, 12, 35.I'd say ideally he's a 3rd center. He always plays 100%, sometimes even more. Probably as on this video. After watching some videos I'd say he's really fast player.
plays with a long stick, very active.
Is he competing with Drury essentially? Or more like ivan²?I've been told this guy will be given every opportunity to make the NHL team out of training camp.
Avs really like him.
24 years old. 6'2", 210 pounds. 5th in forward scoring on a star-studded team that featured Demidov and Nikishin before they came over to the Habs and Canes respectively. Lots of PK minutes, good on faceoffs and plays with a long stick, very active.
I guess the hope is he makes the 4th line to start the season.
