EP order: Hagens, McQueen, Misa, Schaefer, Martone

Gonna be fun to watch Misa, McQueen, and Martone try battle Hagens for 1OA or 2OA among each other. Honestly think Schaefer could be in the conversation for 1 if everything broke right, but he has mono so I wonder if he'll slip out of the top 5 come the draft.

Not sure I see Hagens being dethroned but the CHL players sure have come running out of the gate and have a significant gap in size. Nice to see Misa start to show some dynamism that he didn't show last season, although that team was stacked.

Hopefully these guys can push each other to higher levels and make it a fun battle for #1, the last two years we've had Celebrini and Bedard cement themselves as by far the BPA in their respective drafts.

Seems to have really slowed down after a hot start. That's the issue with him. Way too inconsistent and I question his overall offensive output. He'll be in my top 10, but not as early as most will have him currently.

Like Lindstrom, probably puts his ceiling solidly at 4OA and likely he goes 5 or later depending on Jan-Apr performance.

Even before the injury, it seemed unlikely he had enough juice offensively to supplant Hagens, Martone and Misa.
The reason I still think he goes before Misa or Martone is simple, he's a centre.

Teams will always pick the big centre over the wing. They might fall in love with Martone but I do strongly feel McQueen walks the stage on draft night before Misa.

I kind of agree that Misa isn’t as highly regarded as some fans think, despite a great start, but Misa might be a center. He’s a natural center and has played it this year.

Pronman said on The Athletic podcast that McQueen tweaked his back (around 16:30-17:30) and has been dealing with the injury for some time.

McQueen mentioned in an interview in October that he's been dealing with a bulging disc.
