Was absolutely terrible today. No surprise they wanna get max value before he loses it.Rumours floating he'll be traded to Everett once World Juniors is over
Yep 24 points in 11 games and he is losing value because he did not have a good game one.Was absolutely terrible today. No surprise they wanna get max value before he loses it.

Wenatchee has zero draft capital since Winnipeg traded it all away over the past two years trying to win. The Wild HAVE to trade Savoie/Geekie/etc or else they will be bottom feeders for years to come.Would be kinda strange to see that happen. His Wenatchee team is one of the top teams in the league and only 3 points back of the #2 team in all of the CHL(PG Cougars). so it would be bizzare to see them trade Savoie away to another top team.
You obviously don’t understand how CHL teams operate. it’s not like the NHL…Would be kinda strange to see that happen. Hmmmm ya I'm actually VERY aware how things work in the WHL lolYou obviously don’t understand how CHL teams operate. it’s not like the NHL…
Maybe you should try watching the box score instead of the game?Once again when I read HFBoards I notice I’m watching another game. Savoie was literally everywhere and was one of the most dynamic forwards from Team Canada
I'm shocked Wenatchee is selling.
I'm not they had 0 draft picks and would've been the worst team along with Kamloops for the next 5+ years if they didn't make these moves, that's a tough way to start out in a new location. Even if Benson was back they'd have sold, no assets to even load up for one last run.I'm shocked Wenatchee is selling.
It's not so much where they are, it's what they have to go through.Wenatchee is second in their conference and third in the league... and they sell-off their best player? Ouch.
Nah, they are clearing house. Geekie got dealt for similar futures at the same time.I suspect this might have more to do with Savoie wanting a fresh start with another WHL contender. He'd been with the franchise for about 5 years now.

?????? care to explain this one?Bad tournament for Sabres prospects like Kulich and Savoie, at least Ostlund did great.
Kulich did great against Finland, but he was far from the best czech player in that game, Melovsky and Becher were better. Also very convinient reacting to nearly two weeks old comment, after the battle everybody is general...?????? care to explain this one?
Quality debut in Moose Jaw - 2 goals (1 SH, 1 PP) and 3 assists (all primaries).
The 1st unit PP of Savoie, Yager, Firkus, Mateychuk and Calvert is the best in the WHL. Reminds me of Seattle's deadly 5 man unit last year.
