One of the top kids in the Swedish 2008-born age group. Leo Tjälldén is the son of Mikael Tjälldén, who was an NHL draft pick by the Florida Panthers once upon a time. Leo was actually born in Norway but moved to Sweden, to further his prospective hockey career. He currently plays for Sollefteå, but next season he will be joining Luleå's development program after quite the bidding war went on for his services among SHL programs. He is a good skater that picks his spots on the ice well. He knows when to play fast as well as slow the game down. He possesses a good shot that allows him to be dangerous from most anywhere on the ice. He'll be an interesting kid to follow moving forward. We'll see how things play out for the kid.
