C Jérémy Loranger - Sherwood Park Crusaders, BCHL (2025 Draft)

in the bchl Dach will get drafted 3-5 th round - penn state commit . of the charts hockey IQ . nadeau bchl kid went in first round - he’s 5’9-5 10 then he ripped up hockey east as a freshman , then went pro but he’s small so never know .
 
he has scored at every level and is ripping up
the bchl this year . i think i would take a shot at him in third round !

Hes ripping up BCHL at same pace as Nadeau did who went late first round and then ripped up Hockey East . He could be the steal of the draft - right now probably goes 3-6 th round .

He reminds me a bit of Naudeau who went 31 st in draft - then went to maine and ripped up hockey east then turned pro . Hes natural scorer, has shake n bake in his game but tends to over handle it the puck and turn it over a lot is his negative . He plays with Dach who is probably over all better and helps drive that line . i see both of them no brainer 2-4 th round if they continue .

Dach will go higher in the draft in my view - he drives the line and is really good 2 way player . Loranger is a better natural scorer but is prone to a lot of turnovers which doesn’t translate as good as Dach 2 way play . Dach going go 2-4 th round. Sherwood Park a great development team with a ton of 2007 ‘s that play a lot which probably should be model bchl going forward . Their power play is number one in league and i believe its all 2007 kids . Both are headed to the CHL it looks next year then college .

Loranger is committed to Omaha Nebraska University next year so he's not going to the CHL.

I saw Dach was heading to WHL next year over Penn State . I wonder if Omaha is a great fit for Loranger ? Obviously he’s having a huge year where he could go to lot of places .

Dach is still going to Penn, just not next year. As for Loranger, he can always choose another team via the portal.

I watched the game last night he is high end offensive talent . He seems to be one of players the puck just natural goes in the net for him lol . My only concern he is “ free wheeling “ and turns the puck over a lot in really bad situations that won’t translate in college or the pro’s . Where Dach doesn’t doesn’t have his natural scoring he’s more complete a player - my view . Hes wildcard in the draft because putting up same numbers as Nadeau in the draft year and he went 31 st then he ripped up Maine in hockey east . Naudeau had a lot better team to play to as it was older and deeper where sherwood park is youngest team in all juniors by large margin .

I still like Nadeau better than Loranger. Nadeau's a bit bigger, faster and his shot is better as well. The BCHL is quite a lot weaker this year than last as well.

Agree - actually I thought BCHL was really turning it up at the start of the season with the quality of the league until that CHL rule which unfortunately then you had a lot of the top kids leave . I actually think Dach goes 3 round and lorranger 4-5 th round . However , you never know because always Premium for scoring and he’s ripping it up . Penticton is always loaded so it’s easier to play for high end talent. Glad somebody is following bchl and some guys though ! thx
