Anyone getting the sense this guy might be the one to fall considerably, like this year's Caufield or Benson? I don't hear his name brought up for the Habs, Jackets... really anyone in the top 10 that could go forward

Yes, I smashed the O9.5 on draft kings and now he is a -200 favorite to get drafted after pick 9. The only way he gets picked in the top 10 is if pick 7 or 8 grab him for whoever ends up drafting there. Very likely he goes in the 10-14 range like Benson. I doubt he makes his way to the later teens

interesting if some teams in like 12-16 like D and he continues to slip. I think if Seattle doesn't take him he probably falls from the top 10 entirely

I’m hoping he might fall to the Blues at 16…would be a steal and a half haha

If Iginla is off the board, I can see Calgary being very interested. They need centres, they need skill, he's a western Canada kid, etc.

well if that’s the case I guess there’s no point in drafting him

I don't think that's the case personally.

I'd still be very eager to get Catton. But I think he's going to have to be more of a perimeter guy in the pros. I see him more like a Johnny Gaudreau or Clayton Keller.

I think he can be an All-Star player who puts up big points. I expect teams to deprioritize that player type though, that's why he won't go in the top 6 or 7 picks.
