Is it at all relevant that he's playing on a team that's stacked and he's getting third line minutes and no power play time? I'll say that he's fast and his stride still could be more efficient and I'm very curious about what his production could be next season with more minutes.

LOL the team is not stacked. He’s just underperforming.

Maybe he is. I don't know as I don't regularly watch the Windsor Spitfires like you might. But they have the 2nd best record in the OHL and I know he plays on their third line which I would assume is more of a checking role. So I was just questioning if that was relevant when looking at his production.

But I'm happy to defer to the experts

I’m a season ticket holder. He’s been very underwhelming this season.

He was high on my list for the Wings. I’m the world’s worst scout though. Probably help if I watched a game

He probably projects quite well as a 3rd liner in the NHL but he still has work to do obviously.

I think he is behind development wise due to playing football and he might "catch up" or maybe that lost time is the difference in not making it.
Third liners need to score. He doesn’t.

Looks like he'd be a very effective bottom 6 type. Big, fast and physical. Not counted upon for offense but better CHL numbers than Mason Marchment and Tanner Jannot who both make a fairly decent living in the bigs.
He reminds me of Hathaway, in a good way. He does something every shift, even if that’s just mixing it up after the whistle. I could see him being a fan favourite energy guy for sure
