In all quietness having a really strong season.
another multi-point game.

On a 7 game goal streak (11 goals)
On a 7 game point streak (17 points)
40 sog in those 7 games

55 points (leads the WHL) in 33 games this season as a 18 year old, and who plays as one this entire season
- gotta remember, its only his 2nd season in the W

Very excited by what he's shown. It's so unfortunate that he can't play in the AHL next season. Maybe it will be good for him to get a third season in the WHL, but I don't know how much more he can accomplish there.

Spokane top 5 this season.

F Beckman** (18) 55 points
F Zummack (19) 38 points
D Kral (20) 30 points
F Hughes* (18) 29 points
F Finley** (17) 28 points

*1st year
** 2nd year

Why is he not being talked about? Is currently leading the W in points as an 18 year old. 2nd in goals (one behind the leader but 10 points ahead). Twice as many goals and almost twice as many points as the number 2 on his team.

Reactions: Dominance
Exciting to see, seems like the wild may have found something with him. Anyone have a good NHL comparison for Beckman?
There’s some Panarin in there, stylistically and in how he uses his quick feet, puck skills, and vision to do his damage. Both are also quality two-way players on top of their offensive output.

It's because he's a Minnesota prospect. He's not even an overager...

More likely because he was a third round pick 6 months ago and hasn't had enough time to become a sexy household name.

I mean plenty of people talk about Kaprizov, plenty talked about Granlund, Dumba.

Most teams with prospects in situations like Beckman's aren't talked about much at the stage Beckman is at.
