Signing Samsonov for 1 year is not a waste of cap, he played well last year. It’s a win that it wasn’t long term

Klingberg may not have been a cap dump at all if he was healthy so I’m not counting that. It’s also fair imo to say that no one saw Samsonov being this bad this year. Disagree on Bert. Production isn’t quite there but he’s playing well mostly imo
