That should still be waived off

Distinct Kicking Motion – Plays that involve a puck entering the net as a direct result of a “distinct kicking motion” shall be ruled NO GOAL. A “distinct kicking motion,” for purposes of Video Review, is one where the video makes clear that an attacking Player has deliberately propelled the puck with a kick of his foot or skate and
the puck subsequently enters the net. A goal cannot be scored on a play where an attacking Player propels the puck with his skate into the net (even by means of a subsequent deflection off of another Player) using a “distinct kicking motion.”

interesting, well the refs called it a goal so nothing the leafs can do about it now, oh well

That's exactly the type of team the Leafs lose to you goon. Have you watched this team for the last 8 years? 🤡
Nah, these are the exact teams they beat. It's the bottom-feeders that they have struggled with. These middle of the road teams are the Leafs' bread and butter, especially when the other team doesn't have a lot of speed. The Wild remind me of Seattle, except they have one really good player (who, oddly enough, doesn't seem to do much against the Leafs).

You're right.

Okay. So what do you complain about when they win this game? I don't think Reaves' 3 minutes of ice time is having much impact on the outcome of the game, and nor would his replacement.
They may win because of some talented players like Nylander who Berube complains about.
But against good competition the non-utilization of our best roster and not giving our best players the most ice time will cost us.
And I don’t think Berube is the right coach for this team.

Is it just my imagination or does Rielly look slower this year.
And maybe last year too?

you are citing the rule when it's a review of a Leaf goal, so it doesn't apply in this case.

Reaves lucky he took both. Veteran move cause he wasnt getting to the bench in time , 4th line gassed
