Equipment: Buying Bauer X.0

Hey, all!
I hope that the thread will not get deleted and that I managed to create it in the right place.
I will be buying Bauer X.0 skates very soon.
I don't really have much options where I live, so that is the only option in my budget range (I will pay 70$ for them), practically they have no other skates in the same range.
I would like to ask you guys if you have any impression from such a pair.

Also the most important - my shoe size is:
North American: 11 / 11.5
European: 44
What size should I buy?

Also should they / could they be baked?
Also keep in mind I am a novice skater / bottom tier low skill beer leaguer!
