Emelin has been our best defensemen tonight. I guess we discount the poor performances of everyone else as a "bad night" because they aren't Emelin or Gilbert though.

Emelin's not bad, just inconsistent. He belongs on the 3rd pairing.

Evander Kane is a healthy scratch tonight, we should trade our first line winger Dale Weise for him.
