Tough times for Buffalo. At least the game tonight wasn't in their own rink where Leafs fans gladly make the trip to. That would have been even more crushing.

Feel bad for Buffalo fans. It seems the problems are deeply embedded from the owner down to the players. Outside of getting a new owner, GM, and coach, I’d really shake the team up big time. Cut the thread from the previous 15 years and start fresh even if that means trading their best players. That probably won’t be popular with fans but if I was a fan I’d want to sever all relations with the franchise from the last 15 years. There is probably a deeply rooted culture/mentality/status quo type problem in their franchise

Don’t feel bad Sabres fans, your team has lost 10 in a row and you are still ahead of the shitty habs in the standings. We suck WORSE.

At this point you can't help but feel bad for Sabres fans. I've never seen the Sabres players look so souless like their existence was pain.

Honestly what do you even do from here?
hmm, i have watched their game against the caps, they looked pretty solid and could grab at least one point, imho it was just a bad luck in their loss.

They have an owner who won’t spend, a GM completely unqualified for the job who 10 days ago told the world he couldn’t do his job and, once again, the youngest roster in the league without players to insulate them or show them how to battle.

And I still believe Adams is more likely to be promoted than fired.

Things will turn around any year now.

Remember after the McEichel draft their fans claimed they "We're years ahead of Toronto in their rebuild and Babcock made a mistake when he chose the Leafs over the Sabres"
Well that last part ended up being true. Who knew a little pip-squeek like Marner would ruin his career forever.

I look forward to seeing whichever team trades for Cozens and watches him turn into a top ten forward as they win the Stanley Cup. Or maybe it will be a defenceman like Dahlin or Power this time.

Which leads me to believe Terry Pegula needs to try to replicate what he's doing with the Bills and apply it to the Sabres.
Is he penny-pinching on the Sabres?

Every NFL team basically make a profit based on the national TV deal alone so I don’t think they operate the same way.
