Wasn't Buffalo supposed to make the playoffs this season? If I remember correctly a lot of people where picking them to make the playoffs. I knew their defense and goaltending wasn't good enough for them to be a playoff team. The Sabres and Sens are in the same situation lots talent no structure and no goaltenders

I don’t think that’s fair. They still had Eichel and have recieved a boatload of top prospects and picks since Murray left. There have been far bigger issues.
