I would be shocked if Metcalf was the pick at 9.

If they stay at 9 I'm expecting Christian Wilkins or Jonah Williams.

I also fully expect them to attempt to trade up for Ed Oliver. I'm hoping their smart enough to see it's (likely) cost prohibitive.

I wouldn't be shocked at all with Metcalf. He's just their type off the field and after what they did with Foster last year they probably believe they can get the best out of him.

But with their free agent signings it looks like DL is more likely.

Yeah, I typically host family Thanksgiving at my house. It gives me terrible anxiety that everything goes right. Now I have to worry about being done by game time and I’ll have to watch with these idiots? Sounds awful.

Not who I want either, but under certain circumstances I wouldn’t hate it. Their size and athleticism would be a nice addition to our new wave of pass rushers.

Me either. And that's why I don't want Gary.

But Sweat doesn't fit into that category. He had 22 sacks and 30 TFL over his two seasons at Michigan State. He was highly productive.
