The story here isn’t Doc, it’s who exactly is reporting this? Who works for CNN Sports?
Start the countdown on Giannis leaving.
well that's odd. wasn't he giannis's choice too?
i wonder if he was just impossible to work with, considering the way terry stotts resigned as one of his assistants before the season even began
but lol @ bringing in doc. enjoy blowing a 3-1 lead in the playoffs
Man, Doc Rivers gets a lot of mileage out of 2008.
The firing doesn't seem to be the issue. By the sounds of it Griffin totally lost his players early in to the year (Stotts got canned because they allegedly couldn't co-exist)Firing your coach so you can hire.... Doc Rivers????
This guy hasn't done shit in over a decade.
Really regretting that contract extension he signed.

Never seen a team get more mileage out of a title than the 2008 Celtics. Doc is definitely the main one, but Pierce, Perkins and (to a lesser extent) Rondo also got a ton.Man, Doc Rivers gets a lot of mileage out of 2008.
The rest of Garnett's playoff record is not great.Never seen a team get more mileage out of a title than the 2008 Celtics. Doc is definitely the main one, but Pierce, Perkins and (to a lesser extent) Rondo also got a ton.
No Garnett is the one worthy of praise since he was devalued for his amazing prime due to having a joke of a supporting cast with the Wolves. His ring elevated his reputation to a level it already should've been at.The rest of Garnett's playoff record is not great.
Please give me a Sixers/Bucks second round series thoughIt would be so Sixers to lose to Doc in the 2nd round.

Man, I wish I could get $40 million for something I was a passenger on fifteen years ago.
