Well, forget it, Army in his NTC craziness retroactively changed this year’s 12 team list to a full NTC. Nice job

Players it would be completely and totally unacceptable to give more power than the Blues owner:
– Alex Pietrangelo, pinnacle 1D, multi Cup TOI leader

Players who hold more power than the Blues owner currently:
– Torey Krug (a li'l squirt debacle, maybe the worst UFA signing in St. Louis Blues history)
– Pavel Buchnevich (he gets a 6 year contract starting next year, a complete disaster contract is what we can now expect)
– Justin Faulk (who seems nearly done with his career but is getting paid for years and years still)
– Brayden Schenn (who for a few weeks lately hasn't looked cooked)
– on July 1 add Jordan Kyrou to this list

Armstrong did a good job with the Fowler trade and offersheeting the two EDM players but his NTC/NMC clownshow buffoonery is and has been franchise crippling
