The Messiah and defensive stalwarth Kevin Klein had the worst on ice corsi again for the Rangers.

I'm not the slightest impressed with Klein and can't believe people suddenly want to keep him over Stralman. He isn't better at any part of the game, IMO.

Was it me or was Stepan a turnover machine last night?

Stepan has been invisible (except for the turnovers) the whole season. For a guy as skilled as he is he for sure made some bad, stupid passes the last couple of games.

Except tuffness.

People have an irrational hatred for Stralman's non-physical style that when he has a bad game or two, all of the "put in McIlrath" posts pop up. It's ridiculous, just because he's not physical doesn't make him bad. Oh and before a smartass says something, it wasn't just two bad games for Lundqvist.

This team misses Zuccarello and another sniper. Trade cally for Stewart if you have to, we need a big bodied winger who can hold his own and pot 25

I agree. Being able to hit people is way overrated. And, it seems like, now when DZ is gone, people instantly need to find another d-man to trade. Appearantly it's time to get rid of one of the most consistent players of the last few years, just to make sure there isn't a log jam on D? I don't get it. The D has been great over the last few months.

The inconsistency of Hank does concern me a bit. He definitely does deserve some of the critisism he's recieved this season.

Well I exaggerated on some of it, but the bottom line is the same, he's not an elite goalie anymore. Any average goalie can put up numbers with the way the defense was playing until the last 2 games. Elite goalies like Rask save their team's bacon once in a while. I'm sorry it hurts your feelings to see your God criticized.

I'm an agnostic.Besides others have criticized Hank in this very thread and I'm not saying a word. use your head the problem is you doing it for the 1000th time. If you want to whine that much about a singular topic you will get mocked and ripped on especially when you exaggerate your position to the point of it being nonsensical

There is a difference between saying Lundqvist is not elite anymore vs saying Lundqvist is pure garbage and is destroying this team

I don't think Hank was nearly as bad as some of you. He wasn't good, but after the first period, the Bruins totally dominated and Rangers players kept losing their defensive zone assignments.
