First regular season game for our Dubuque Bruins

Dubuque Bruins go down in flames partially because of woeful goaltending 5-1

Kostadinski 1 shot -1 and the mandatory crosschecking penalty, he was once again on a powerplay unit, he played ok

Morello 1 shot, centered the 3rd line and played some PP/PK, showed off his high end speed and work in progress hands

Spicer 1 shot -2 ,centered the first line but didn't appear to have much chemistry with his linemates, I would swap him and Morello until Spice gets up to speed,but that's me, forgot how stocky he is
Game #2 tonight

Nice comeback for Dubuque winning 3-2 in the Shootout
Morello 1 assist 2 shots ,almost won it in OT with a powerful net drive, lots to like and it appears he's got a lot of stuff already figured out but as of today hands are iffy

Kostadinski, wasn't expecting him 3v3 but there he was ,made some decent defensive plays, he can look fluid and stiff all in the same shift
Zeros across the board but the Dubuque staff is giving him tons of rope

Spicer was a scratch, he is new to the team so they might be easing him in
