Ok...we shall see.. hey what's up with Malcolm Subban?
And its not 8 games. .it will be after his 2nd stint which imo...he will fail

Two different players in different positions. I also never mentioned Malcolm Subban. I too have little faith in Subban. I think it's premature for Heinen, though.

No you did not mention Malcom...I did..to show how a number 1 ranked prospect went to a virtual nobody.and played 2 nhl games.
And he is not the only one there sre countless .
you think it is premature.. maybe
But I will stick to my guns and say he gets one more "legit " stint and after that the danton excitement dissapears .

heinen was arguably the best p-bruins forward during their playoff run. very smart, quick, great cycler. i think he'll stick. really think it was more adjustment to pace and stamina for him than anything else.

There are also countless players that have had good NHL careers after multiple AHL seasons. Plus he's a 4th round draft pick. If he's able to play over 100 NHL games he's had good value comparatively to his draft selection.

No I understand. You said it wasn't eight games.

Actually it was.

You were wrong.

Heinen will get his last shot I guess....and I do not see him making it.Debrusk ....I'm not that excited about.*Agostino...don't careBjork. ..I'm anticipating to see what this guy is all about[Edit]*[Reply]*[!!]

Read ...his last shot that means he will get another shot/stint ( hard to
Say how many more games )
See what I wrote "last shot"
Another stint...get it but hey if you have a stronger need to prove me wrong or establish what I said
Then nothing that is factual or credible will make a difference.

This post is a garbled mess.

But you've already written him off and that's the point. He's a bum after eight games and this is his "final chance."

That's okay. That's your opinion. I would hope the Bruins organization/fans aren't as short-sighted as you are on Heinen.

True there are some. .countless though who have had good careers
Not sure. Most are mediocre to average at best. In fact I can't think of one active nhler right now who
Spent a few years in the Ahl and is a
Great player or a true superstar.

Back to Danton..no harm in predicting right? .but I will predict
That after next season we will hardly hear about him as a Bruins player or future one

Marchand, Krejci to name two on the Bruins alone. When did you start watching hockey?

Mr make believe sorry for the garbling but its not about that...is it?
I remember having the same conversations in the past on another forum and they pretty much
Replied as you did the names that I had thrown the towel on aside from
Suban who I alreafy mentioned and who I gave my opinion practically right from when he was drafted are:
Jared knight
Joe colborne (I know he's an nhler
But a mediocre one at best surely nowhere close as he was publicized
But I am not trying to sell anything here .This is how I see it .you think Its premature..fine as I said we shall see and if I am wrong .I will gladly tell you .
Cheers!!

Boychuk. Half of Detroits roster. Tyler Johnson. Multiple players on Ottawa. I could go on.

It's fine to "predict" but to write of a young kid at 21 years old is very premature.

March and Dk both with less then 2 seasons in the Ahl?
And You think danton is in that class?
When will you start understanding hockey?

I don't think I'll ever start understanding hockey but that's beside the point.

Heinen has one season in the AHL so I'm not seeing your point. He also scored more points as a rookie in his first playoff run then those two so I think we can give him a little more time, no?

Yes ill give you Boychuck although not a star I'd say he's a good one.
Ill take my chances and seeing that the boychuks of the world are rare
Ill take the crticism and persist with my prediction.Hey who knows maybe he becomes a 4th liner but thats not the expectations or hopes here .right?

Impressive playoff stats no doubt and you can surely give him more time. I just do not see him translating it at a Nhl level.

Your posts are poorly written which is why you aren't getting respect but I do think you have a point.

The bruins are loaded with AHL/bottom line/pairing prospects. We have a couple gems (Pastrnak and McAvoy). I honestly don't think we have as much to look forward to as most on here. Most of these guys are going to struggle to make an impact in the NHL, including Heinen. Maybe some will stick but the Debrusk, Lauzon, Heinen, Zboril, Senyshyn are just not the blue chippers that most want them to be.

Time will tell but I'm not convinced. I think we have a lot of meh.

Hope I'm wrong and will gladly eat crow.

Mike Hoffman is another who played quite a while in the minors, but it's generally pretty rare for guys to spend over 2 full seasons in the AHL and then turn into NHL stars.

Just proving you're wrong about someone being useless after more then 1 AHL season. There's plenty of active NHLers with multiple AHL seasons. Expectations and hopes are different. I'd hope Heinen can play on the 2nd line but if he only becomes a bottom 6F I would be ok with that.

Just see it useless to call anything meh until they actually become meh. They are all young still.
