Kuntar with another strong pd. Lohrei looking great. So fundamentally sound. Lysell seems twice as fast as everyone else on the ice. Poitras and Harrison wishing they had a better center.
Lohrei looks all over the place to me. Stayed down low as the net front guy, gave up a few 2 on 1's. Looks more like a rangey forward than a solid dman. Also looks like he's used to having more time out there to make his plays. At this pace his decision making is sluggish. Going to take some seasoning and a few redbulls to make any kind of jump IMO.

He made a couple mental mistakes in each game. And yeah, when he stayed down low as the net front guy on the play you referred to it threw me for a loop. But, when the Bs are getting set up in the zone and running the offense through him they are getting some very nice looks. He also has been good along the boards when the chance has arisen. He has been positionally overall sound in his own zone. The tools are all there. If that translates to the next level who knows. Lohrei, Kuntar, and Poitras have made the most positive things happen out there so far today IMO.

What am I missing about Farinacci? Dude looked pretty much crap today. Hopefully he does better in the next game if he is in.

Poitras best player on the Bs yet again today. Harrison continues to be promising. Looked like the coaches told Lohrei to get more involved offensively. Kid can play. Good to see Kuntar making the most of his opportunity. Like his physical game and attraction to the crease area. Mast is an intriguing player. Much more settled in today compared to yesterday. Seems to have decent speed for his size. Will be interesting to see how he does in Providence. Looks pretty good to me for a 6th round pick.

Lysell and Merkulov were good. Could have used Topos finish. Not impressed with the goalie or defense. Mast gets stuck up ice like Carlo.

His offensive skill set reminds me of Mike Reilly.

Lysell looked good for you guys.

Had a nice play where he showed some wheels and made a nice pass from almost the middle of the ice (more to the right side) right down to a Bruins for a tip. The quality isn't the best, so no idea if the Bruins down low deflected it wide, or Miller (Habs goalie) made a save on it, but he looked good and based on the 1 game I can see why the Bruins would rather keep him and deal future 1sts than deal him

Jesus Christ. Unbelievable.

Why is it "unbelievable". Its the one part of Reilly's game that is above average at the NHL level which allowed him to play in the NHL. If Lohrei plays offensively at Reilly
and brings a stronger more physical game you should be happy.

I saw a lot of good short passing by Lohrei for most of the game and what looks like
ability to carry it like Reilly.

I don’t know how you watch a 6’4 octopus who somehow seems a foot longer than Carlo at the same height and see Mike Reilly. You do you though lol.

I said "offensive skill sets". Absolutely has zero to do with height. His passing, hands
and decision making were similar to what I saw of Reilly. Don't like it, tough shit.
