That should absolutely be a goal; players are just going to knock the net off everytime it's about to go in and take their chances on the PK.

yup good call.

But you can't just change the rules mid game. Unless there is a rule that says a goal will stand I'd the player is in the motion of shooting when an opposing player purposefully knocks it off.

Either way I'll take it.
