The Bruins are actually really good on the road, have a dangerous power play and are one of the top offensive teams in the league along with Montreal....

Bruins and Habs scoring goals. It's been a while since that happened. I think this is going to be a crazy one, like 6-5 in OT/SO crazy.

Pacioretty, Plekanec, Gallagher, Flash and Subban all score.
We win in OT with DD getting the shoot-out winner. :D

Where's Pasternak? Injured?

Islanders are a high scoring team as well.

Bruins have the best PP in the league

Montreal hasn't allowed a PP goal at home yet.

Something's gotta give tonight

Not starting Rask is a victory in itself...they have admitted that their starting goaltender is defeated before they even play the game...LOVE IT!

That sucks for us. I was hoping they would play him

Does Gustavsson still get called "The Monster" or did that ship sail a long time ago? I haven't heard anything about the guy since he left "Canada's" team. :)

I remember he had a really great stretch after going to the Wings when he managed to steal the starting spot from Howard, but then he got injured and wasn't able to perform the same.

There are no easy games in this league. Neither team can use the excuse that their #1 goalies did not play because Rask nor Price will play.
Habs speed is key. Rolling 4 lines is key. Skating circles around pylons like Chara is key.

The Bruins have someone named Frank Vatrano making his NHL debut tonight so it's pretty much a given he'll score at least 1 goal against the Habs.

I feel the same way. The thrill is gone. Maybe it's time to break up with the Bruins and start dating another rival.

I heard there is a very cute team from Ottawa. Maybe we could date her? The only other one is from Toronto and she's not very pretty. Ugly even.

I'm in Toronto, going to a party for my nephew tonight. Gonna be a challenge trying to find a bar/hotel TV that'll pick up the Habs game. Luckily my brother raised his kids right -- they're diehard Montreal fans, so maybe the guest of honour can guilt the staff at the banquet hall into changing channels.

Ottawa's nice, but not much of a personality.

Funny - I'm on a blind date with Toronto right now. She's well built but a little bi-polar.

Blame her mom.

You're right about Ottawa. On the bright side, we'll only be dating her a few times a year (unless we start chatting with her on that HF dating site).

People watch Habs games all the time in Toronto. It helps that the Leafs are unwatchable for their fans. ;)
