I know this stat doesn't mean much to some but I believe before Cassidy was coach the Bruins were around 0 for goal differential and now they're at +20 (Unless the +17 was already updated for today).

Survived a 20 minute penalty kill, or otherwise known as the 3rd period.

Hopefully Chicago rests their key guys tomorrow, as they have already clinched the West and have nothing to play for until the playoffs start.

Abysmal by the skaters outside of the 1st. If this team plays like this tomorrow they are going to get creamed.

Shades of Claude in the 3rd.

Rask was huge.

Nice win. Hopefully we get some help tonight. Good to see Rask is playing well down the stretch, he had me scared. He's gotta finish strong!

Sometimes, when you make your own luck (as the B's did today) other things fall into place that you don't have any reason to expect. I'm hoping that's what happens in these the last days of the season.:yo:

P.S. What a beating Brad Marchand takes game in and game out. He truly is on the edge of superstardom!

One tough customer!

Bottom line is this team has had some sketchy moments down the wire, but is finding a way to get the 2 points, unlike the past two years.

Bruins have alot of areas they can improve in .But they got the big 2 pts is main thing .Rask was great but I knew already he was capable of that .

I only saw the last 5 minutes as I had to put one of my cats down today.

Rask kept it at 3-2 - Thanks Tuukka :handclap::handclap:

On to Chicago and pray

That was not fun but, thanks to Tuukka, a big win. Ahead of the Leafs for now!

shades of Clode in the 3rd period...ok agreed.

We got outplayed, flat out stopped playing, bend dont break D. I hate that gameplan, glad it worked today. Rask stood on his head.

NOT the ideal way to finish.

We also put up 4 goals...something Clode was having MAJOR issues with getting the team to do.

BUT BUT Clode doesnt have the horses!!

If Clode had the right players he'd have won this game!

BUT BUT BUT

there are no other coaches out there that can get any success out of the bruins, he is the best option out there!!

ty Clode for the win!l

Even when they get hemmed in their end, every player appears to be giving their all to survive the onslaught.

It is not pretty, but it is garnering pts.
