Elias Lindholm seems to make a smart play every shift. Already loving this guy.
Mcavoy to me seems to not have the hockey iq for pp. love his game but not on ppE. Lindholm making so many great plays defensively.
McAvoy is still the problem on PP1 try Lohrei.
Poitras is the real deal.
Sway starts Monday imoThese are no longer the Ullmark years....they need to be selective about Korpisalo's opponents
His willingness to let the puck fly so far has been great.Mcavoy to me seems to not have the hockey iq for pp. love his game but not on pp

And how great is it to have a guy in the faceoff circle you feel optimistic about on big drawsElias Lindholm seems to make a smart play every shift. Already loving this guy.
Yes exactlyPoitras play style reminds me of Marc Savard
He had a great game today tooPoitras play style reminds me of Marc Savard

The few shifts that Poitras was out there with Pasta they seemed to read off each other well.I think they gotta try Marchand- Poitras - Coyle next game
Be a lot easier to do on the 3rd line. The team really needs Coyle to pull his head out of his own a**
Great comp, especially his half wall game. All the dirt on Savard was that he didn't play defense, early in his career. Poitras has a really good defensive stick and pretty good IQ for his age.Poitras play style reminds me of Marc Savard
Yup. Eyes in the back of his head like Savvy too. Would have been nice to have him as an assistant coach running the pp and mentoring Potsy. But nope.Poitras play style reminds me of Marc Savard
I read/ heard M.Tkachuk dealing with illness. Barkov is out. Bummer I was hoping for a full Panthers lineup on Monday afternoon
