I know it's a Pittsburgh proposal but I think Calgary could take him on, but there'd need to be a cap dump going the other way to even fit him at 50%. He might have a bit of resurgent play on a Sutter-lead team.

Just the opposite. Brown and Sutter are like oil and water. If Brown was traded to play for a Sutter run team he would probably just retire instead.

I don't see how Brown gets more than Carter given Carter plays center.
