This guy was maybe the most disrespected player in the whole league, he was treated like trash ready to be discarded barely a year ago. Vancouver fans wanted to get rid of him, and fans of other teams wanted to get paid to take him on LOL. Crazy turnaround for the Brockstar!
Yep. He was treated like shit knowing full well his father passed away and he was dealing with personal problems. Even cried during interviews.

So happy for this kid right now. He deserves the best in life.

Just never happened.

Boeser was never treated like shit. Some people suggested that he might need a change of scenery. That's all.

Yes he was treated like shit. There were several posters that wanted him to be bought out and not caring for what he was going through. That's the textbook case of treating a player like shit.

That was likely after his father died and he was still struggling on the ice. Contemplating potential business decisions for the betterment of the team is not treating someone like shit.

Or maybe you know actually be patient with the player and let him actually play through his struggle and not knee jerk over every reaction. We clearly have different definitions. Leave it at that.

So a few nameless posters on a message board wanted him gone, meanwhile 18000 fans stood and cheered and supported him whenever he did something on the ice, was interviewed, or his image was shown.

Stop trying to make hfboards relevant in the real world.

That describes me. I got annoyed at some of the Boeser talk from impatient people, but I never once saw anyone treat him like shit.
I wasn't necessarily referring to our own fanbase itself, but also across the league.

I have read plenty to know he's been treated like shit.

Either way, we are all happy that he's succeeding. He deserves the love.

A few isn't the same as most.

Clearly you have no idea of what you are talking about and mostly the ones that liked your post don't seem to have any clue either and lack critical thinking skills.. The original premise of the post was referring to how he was treated online and not in the real world. Use common sense.
