Instead of another prospect maybe they could deal him for a good 3rd line player to help now? A player similar to Bjudstad?

Broberg will be a quality #4 one day. Just isn’t likely to be the oil.

Edmonton needs a #2 defenceman on the right side. Other than that their D has been much better the last 10 games or so, it was just a mess the first ten. It was also very good last season after adding Ekholm.

The problem is Broberg is a 5-6-7 D and Edmonton has more than enough of those guys, and he's not better than any of the everyday LD. A smarter team might be trying to trade Kulak instead, but Edmonton isn't that bright.

They very likely are… it’s hard to find a suitor this early in the season that would want a player like Kulak for reasonable value

I think its a good idea for you to take a timeout.. Don’t take things so personally.

When you return maybe you can try to communicate in a more positive manner.

I always kind of wonder how people misconstrue basic internet banter.

It is not a personal attack when someone has a different opinion (not you, but the aggressor)
