I'll take issue with 2 of your points.

Thomas Hickey can't take top-4 minutes anymore. Not even for 1 game. When he had to step in for Johnny Boychuk in last year's playoffs he was brutal. Hickey was a poor skater when he got here and he didn't get any better over the years. Besides he would have to slot in for another defenseman's roster spot, not Dal Colle's. And remember, Hickey didn't make the team this year and that was on merit.

As for Leo, I've been put off by some of his decisions under pressure in his own zone, as well as a penchant for taking stupid penalties. Yes he's still a decent penalty killer and can play center in a pinch (not that you'd want that for more than a few shifts), but I think Dal Colle is defensively sound too.

Agreed about Andrew Ladd though. I'd have no problems with him dressing ahead of MDC.

Pastjuov wasn't given an ELC in tve summer but good on the organisation to keep him in the fold. Helgeson's been on an NHL deal previously but may have gotten an AHL only now. Not that it matters much

Assuming these players signed AHL contracts. The article doesn't specify it.

Nice to see Pastujov get a contract, he came on later in college, if he continues trending as a power forward it may just take some time for him to develop

Line-up isn't looking bad on the farm

Brown - Bardeau - Holmstrom
Durandeau, Fritz, Pastujov

Wilde - Hutton
Vande Sample - Wotherspoon
Hickey - Bolduc
Helgeson, Brubacher

Czarnik is playing C over Jobst and Bobo and Koivula slots in behind him.

I'm gonna tip on Jenkins being loaned out to Saginaw.

At the moment, the team is showing 15 forwards, 7 Dmen, and 1 goalie.

That includes somewhat likely ECHL candidates Coskey, Bibeau, Pastujov, Brown, Brubacher and possible OHL return Jenkins.

I wonder what happened to Kyle MacLean?
