If anybody could kick cancer's ass I'd bet the house on Boyler. Sending positive vibes his way and hope he can find his way back to the Rangers' 4th line in the near future.

I'm picturing him dressed as Buddy the Elf with Santa Dubinsky beating the snot out of a tumor mascot with hockey sticks.

LOL I always think of the same thing with Boyle... "SANTA!!!!!! I KNOW HIM!!!!"

Thoughts and prayers are with him.

KICK ASS BOYLER

He lived in my apartment building in NYC for a few years. All the residents who knew him loved him; he was so nice to everyone. Kids made "Go Brian Go!", "Let's Go Rangers" and such cards for him before playoff games and leave them for him in the lobby.

One of my favorite Boyle moments off the ice..

LOL, Saaaaanta!!! Anyway it seems this things is not as bad as originally posted since it was caught early. So hoping he makes a full recovery with no setbacks.

I don't hate many things in this world, but cancer can go [Insert Favorite Insult Here].

Best of luck to Boyle. A great character guy who came into his own for us and was a big part of the environment that was created here.

Go get 'em Boyler!

God, I loved that season.

Wish Boyle the best on his recovery.

I was reading somewhere that his Dad had cancer not long ago and it was spreading to his lungs and kidneys. They thought it was terminal and they took him to some holistic/religious healing retreat in Bosnia or something.

So his Dad comes back and there was no sign of the cancer in his body, completely gone. Boyle said in an interview that he believes in the power of positive thinking. Keep sending the prayers his way. He'll fight through this the best he can and im sure when he makes it through hell be an ambassador for hockey fights cancer. He's got a great outlook about the diagnosis and future.

Maybe Mario and Saku can offer some support as well ...
