Yeah Burns should be on D. He makes a bigger impact from the back-end, while opening up a spot for our young forwards to develop. Thornton is still good enough to carry a line, especially with Pavelski on a wing of his. I think Wingels or Nieto should be on the other wing, while Hertl goes to Marleau/Coutures or the third line (unless Pavelski is Centering the third line).

Why put a comma then spell period at the end of your sentence. Wouldn't it be better to just forget the comma and put an actual period at the end of your sentence, as in "Brent Burns is a defenseman." ?

Because an actual period wouldn't mean the same thing as the word period.

The period as in the dot is just the end of a sentence.

The word period at the end of the sentence means that what was said is final and there is no arguement against it.
