Glad he's been performing well. He's an easy player to hate, but I'm a fan. His jersey was even my first after I got tickets via connections to him. Hope he retires a Hab.

I also thought he was done. And I was one of his biggest supporters from his first training camp. I hope he can keep this up and prove me wrong.

What I'm impressed about, in addition to his sustained effort, is that he's making skilled plays again.

Right now, Gally is passing the puck better than he ever did.

All of that while being the same work-horse he's always been.

He looks like a real first liner. And a true leader.

Let's say we need a new Captain in the near future, for whatever reason...he'd be my choice.

If Marchand can keep getting better up until the age of 28, I don't see why we should think we've seen the best of Gallagher. I don't think he'll be Marchand good but I really think we're slowly seeing peak Gallagher.

He was certainly one of our best performers in the post season last year along with Radulov.

Last season was well below his average shooting % with 5.3%. Otherwise he has been pretty consistent.
