He's been playing much better the last two games, while 30 might not be sustainable, 20 is probably possible.I don't think it's Sustainable lol
I think he's finally healthy why he playing better. Had bad luck with injuries last few years. He's been playing much better the last two games, while 30 might not be sustainable, 20 is probably possible.

With 2 goals in 5 games, and 5 goals last 15 last year, puts him on pace for 30 goals. Which is norm for Gallagher
Injuries been major problem for Habs for several years. Hoping this new medical staff remedy the situationGallagher was moving pretty well last year too until he fell on that errand stick. His hands were stone like, but he didn't look bad prior to that incident.
Thats just the problem. Even if he strings a couple good games together like he just did, you just know that his body is so vulnerable to breaking down. Over the course of a long season, it just feels like a matter of time, and then it's back to the frustration.
I knew his ice time had dropped. But thank you for pointing out the difference. At 11-12 mins per game, Gally seems so much more refreshed. If you can overlook his cap hit (yes I know, it's not easy). You'll see that Gally can still add value to our line up.He's still going to keep working very hard regardless of how much he has declined. Skating will hold him back but he still has ability to score 10-20 goals and 30-40 pts. Certainly not going to live up to that contract though.
Nice to see him score. 8 goals in 37 games last year (prorates to 18 goals). 14 min/game last year and so far this year, it's 11 min/game.
The drop in ice time may be helping. I would also skip back to backs for him, or at least one of a 3 in 4, if we have enough decent forwards.I knew his ice time had dropped. That's not a bad idea. From what I know of Gally, he doesn't seem like the type to sulk over being sat once in awhile. I think it would actually get his competive juices going. The drop in ice time may be helping. I would also skip back to backs for him, or at least one of a 3 in 4, if we have enough decent forwards.

I'll be the first to say he was done like dinner. He's not a liability and is chipping in. Not worth his salary by any means, but I'm not mad he's in the lineup anymore. Good for him. May be a Masterton candidate along with Monahan if he keeps it up.Solid start to the season for Gally. He hasn't skated this well in a few years, he's back to being a big dog on the forecheck and he's putting the puck into the net. Him, Money and Pearson are a solid line. It's nice to watch
For sure. He's not hurting the team in anyway so far this season. He's doing exactly what's asked of him and executing it. If any trade conversations ever open up, you dump him the first chance you get.No kidding! He's been among our best players for last 20 games.
Gallagher on pace for 30 goals. But he will be 32 in May, signed for 3 more years. This is rebuilding team. Do we trade him at deadline? Can't really what he's done for franchise last 12 years.
Can't do that. Gallagher is 30 goals and reeks character. Hard worker his work ethic runs off on young playersIf any trade conversations ever open up, you dump him the first chance you get.
