hell of a game from laf and panarin. mika was solid, esp on the defensive side of the puck.

i don't think i've ever seen a coach cry as much as lalonde. esp when his team had 6 pp's for and 2 against.

solid team performance overall. need to be able to create more good chances off offensive possession on any line that doesn't have laf and panarin on it, but hell of an effort

I'd say we deserved that. Wasn't great but we were the better team and outside of the 23 seconds of stupidity we didn't give them a heap of dangerous looks.
We really only look dangerous with Laf and Panarin. Lavi needs to find ways to get other guys going on a more consistent basis, especially CK and Mika who are in and out of the game a lot.

They had it in our zone at probably 1:35-1:40 and didn’t get him off until 1:15. I’d want it to be immediate.

Fox was fine so many subtle plays, and not so subtle like the pass to Laf that he was robbed on. But he’s so f***ing calm when being pressured man.

Igor came up with some huge saves to keep it 2-1.Laf was terrific again...and Vesey scores another clutch goal.Only complaint is the lazy penalties,especially by Vinnie.Need to clean that up.Also need Wheeler off line 1..stick Vesey there,he won't be any worse
