Hate to say it but Panarin is proving that he is not a big game player whatsoever. Guy has done nothing outside of his goal. Very disappointing. We really need Chytil back to add some more offensive flare. Might not matter this series but still.

If someone told me it was the Ottawa Senators defending a lead and not the Rangers I'd believe them. Even if we win this series quick we'll get destroyed against the Canes. You need to chill. Canes have their own problems with the Fishsticks. They got dominated in game 1 and were down 3-0 in game 2.

u are so over the top annoying. i told u earlier. canes were outplayed in game one and needed the pathetic isles to blow a 3 goal lead to win game 2. the caps had like 5 good chances tonight and scored on 3 of them.

That was more difficult than it needed to be especially at the end. So many chances to clear the zone. Igor keeping it in play instead of getting the whistle. Too many guys stick handling and not just lifting that puck out of there. But they survived.... thankfully.

get some real refs for the rest of this series. washingtons game plan was to commit a penalty on literally every shift and dare the refs to make the call and the refs just refused to do so. idk how they missed so many high sticking calls. the guy with the puck is getting wacked in the face and somehow its not seen...

Along with the NHL assigning a Ref to literally do this. Tell me this is more real than wrestling please

I feel that was the Caps best, threw everything at us, while we didn’t play great at all. So that gives me a lot of hope they can end this series sooner rather than later.

I don’t foresee a 2-0 series lead evaporating here, even if the Caps take the next game or two they won’t have the firepower and depth to overcome us, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this series lasts just 5.

But man we have to play way better in future rounds.
