Brazeau traded to Wild for Lauko, Matt Khusnutdinov and a 2025 6th Round Pick (BOS)

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

Laura alone has made more good plays in his short time back with the B's than Brazeau did all season with them, or certainly after early December.

Lauko is relentless out there, the guy's throttle is permanently stuck on "wide open". Love to see it.
I think the trade was a steal for sure but Lauko needs to clean up a few things like blowing zone early .His job is to make sure he finishes his checks and other team don't score when his line is out there. If he chips in fine but he can't be jumping his own zone early .Twice this week alone the puck landed in Bruins net because of it.

Don’t know how it plays out in long term. But this deal was excellent. IMO we have a real opportunity to get two bottom six players swapped for one.

Always like Lauko — intangibles are the real deal with him and I suspect he’s perfect for the room.

And I like this Khut’s kid. Quite a bit actually. Early days and you never know but Good One Donny.

Brazeau started hot and peter'd out with a scary quickness. I would probably have been totally fine with just a 6th, or just Lauko, or just the new guy.

To be able to roll the dice not once, but thrice, yeah this is a win for Don.
