Prospect Info: Brayden Yager

Warriors are 6-15-3-1. They lost 9-0 to Calgary yesterday. I figured there would be a dropoff after last season's run but I didn't think it would be this severe.

Good for Yager, let's hope he benefits from another nice, long playoff run. I saw the Hurricanes in Brandon a few weeks ago and they are a team with great potential. That Edwards (former ICE)/Wormald line is really good but adding Yager who will take residency on the top line I'm assuming, will give them some much needed depth.

Rutger who was once the talk of the town on these boards to pittsburgh where hes struggling to be productive, and we get a bonafide prospect of equal (if not better) value in return. Even on a struggling moose jaw team he played incredibly well and this is another big step in his development.

Moose Jaw were spinning their wheels this year at least he went to a team that he can help get even better and in turn help with his development.

Yager's offensive production was pretty good considering the lack of talent on Moose Jaw this season. I'm excited to see how he does with Lethbridge the rest of the season. It will probably take a few weeks to get adjusted to his new teammates.

He got an empty netter in Lethbridge's 5-3 win.
