Don't kid yourself, remember a dence GM gave a 3rd rounder for Zack Rinaldo! Also, a thick GM gave a prospect(Right D), a 2nd, and a 4th for Freddy and Jones! A bag of used pucks would have been plenty for those 2. I was a huge Freddy fan when he first started but that guy hasn't been seen in about 3 years. Personally, I don't care what they get for Carlo as long as he's gone!

Depends, Colarado got Nekas, another NHL player, and a pick for Rantanen who may be traded again, so there are GMs out there willing to make foolish deals! And I'm sure we will see a few more by Friday! Personally, I don't care what we get back, as long as he's gone!

Carlo has not had his best year, but I would not put him in the Jones category, of "overpaid and overrated" to be honest Carlo might be harder to replace, than Jones.

Nope, but he is a better player then Carlo.I was doubting Bruins move Carlo but there is alot of noise about him now so who knows.

Carlo been logging the 5th most ice time as far as the Bruins defenseman since the New Year. I don't know why people think he cant be replaced. Peeke been getting more as has Wotherspoon on many nights. He's very replaceable. He'll have his games like he did against the Penguins, where he's a force, but its to far and in between.


I'm not giving him away but if there's interest out there where he brings back a first and a top prospect, or even a highly coveted near ready NHLer Id move him, but if its for a late first, I'm keeping him. Id much rather see Coyle sent packing.

I'm getting anxiety that he might survive the trade deadline which would be a disaster. Softest player in the league id give up a first to never have to watch him play for us again.

I don't despise him like you do BG Brad, but it does seem given the prices going around, now would be a good time to explore moving him. I really just want them to use his roster spot on the RD 2nd pair on a more well-rounded D-man.

Much like the 4Nations motivated McAvoy a second pairing RD with some offense should do the same. Peeke brings what Carlo did.

I just want Coyle and Carlo gone desperately. 10 mil in Cap space and both have played like vet minimum guys this year. Those two and Freddy gone gets you Rantanen an ELC and a 1 mil bottom 6 guy.
