Ottawa easily passes.
Ottawa easily passes.
When is the last time a player said they would only go to one team? There is no way the league would let a player get away with that, especially with multiple years left on their contract. When is the last time a team didn't honor a request like that and the result was positive. I never said you should take a bath on the deal but they will not simply say no and live with the results. That's for sure.
Unironically they have a younger sister who they all say is the best athlete in the family lol. Every single time. It's crazy cuz they have a third brother (Jared) who's actually the best one.
We don't agree on the current quality of your team, it happens, like I said I hope they actually take a next step, and all the noise stops.Ah ok, now you're just being insulting, but at least you're finally admitting you're just assuming. No one who has watched every game the Sens have played doesn't think they haven't improved in a big way, period. At this point though it seems like if I say water is wet, you will just continue to argue with me, so forgive me if I stop responding. I've made my point, the team has progressed, but you don't watch them and just want to throw shade, so have fun
Where have I heard that before? lolIt's crazy cuz they have a third brother (Jared) who's actually the best one.
Jaredina?Unironically they have a younger sister who they all say is the best athlete in the family lol. Every single time.

Happened to Ottawa just last year with Tarasenko, granted as a UFA.When is the last time a player said they would only go to one team? There is no way the league would let a player get away with that, especially with multiple years left on their contract.
Referring to the Staal's, when the Pens moved Jordan to the Canes inside the division to reunite with Eric.Never heard of him.
Thanks, Ahh poster is lost, not surprising from a leafs fan.Referring to the Staal's, when the Pens moved Jordan to the Canes inside the division to reunite with Eric.
Yea, matthew saying, “he’d have to come here” really calls for a “shut up.” And me saying all Mathew said was…, is me being knotted? Sure sure.seems like your the one with their knickers in a knot, Brady basically told his brother to shut up, not the Canadian media![]()
This. The OP isn’t even a Panther fan, we all know it’s not likely to happen. I said as much basically on page 1.I feel bad for Sens fans that this is even a talking point, but to bury your head and say everything is fine isn't quite realistic either. The Tkachuks have a history of getting what they want. Luckily Brady wants to be in Ottawa, at this time.
They need to take the next step as a franchise and I am sure it will all work out.
I can understand it's upsetting to think about it as a Sens fan but, impossible, no.This. The OP isn’t even a Panther fan, we all know it’s not likely to happen. I said as much basically on page 1.
The Canadian media has said that for 2 years, this being the third, but the reality was last year was the first year they should have been a playoff team. And tbf they would have been had they even had average goaltending, instead of what was hands down the league's worst tandem by the stats. Buffalo on the other hand.... Yikes, I just feel sorry for them at this point, no harsh feelings at all, there's teen aged Sabres fans that haven't watched a playoff game and we should all be pulling for them at this pointI can understand it's upsetting to think about it as a Sens fan but, impossible, no.
They have been on the cusp for 5 years as per the Canadian media, time to actually take the next step.
Every year they say it's Ottawa and Buffalo's year, lol. The Atlantic has been in a holding pattern for a minute now, and Montreal and Detroit are not just sitting on their hands either.
And then panthers were even worse, missed playoffs for 10 straight years, and 16 of 18 years, with no fans in the building on TV.I can understand it's upsetting to think about it as a Sens fan but, impossible, no.

Ownership matters. The crap years were under cohen who couldn’t get out of his own way. Set up an internal cap, made players pay for their game worns instead of giving them away to them, made players pay for food or something like that, etc. Panthers were awful, and like everywhere else, losing pushed fans away. And then panthers were even worse, missed playoffs for 10 straight years, and 16 of 18 years, with no fans in the building on TV.
No doubt, we have experience on both sides of the coin. And then panthers were even worse, missed playoffs for 10 straight years, and 16 of 18 years, with no fans in the building on TV.
lol you said knickers.seems like your the one with their knickers in a knot, Brady basically told his brother to shut up, not the Canadian media![]()
Leading the league in attendance? Don't get me wrong, they have come a long way and it's been great for the game, but they're 5th in attendance this season, not first. 9th last season and 7th last the year of their first cup runNo doubt, we have experience on both sides of the coin.
That is not even a flex on the Panthers, they were shit for most of 30 years. From all that to back to back finals and leading the league in attendance.
A clear coherent plan from the front office is crystal clear to see.
The Sens have a bunch of guys locked in long term but I don't think even they know where this is all going. Staios and the new owners won't sit on their hands for long IMO. The FO and Ownership were not there when the core was put together. And I doubt they will be loyal to them unless team success comes soon.
Sens fans just went through the same thing, luckily that changed a year ago, even though they had some good times as well.Ownership matters.
