Civil complaint could be filed if they were feeling litigious. They won’t do anything unless Keefe continues to push this bullshit.

I’m just pointing out that Keefe needs to knock it off because he’s getting dangerously close to crossing a line.

Ah yes because I don't automatically take the players' side but rather stay neutral. When we start talking potential legal action for something like this we've gone too far. I don't even listen to Keefe's show.

I wouldn't be surprised if Marchand actually did call out Pastrnak for his effort and they got into a small argument, and that was what was leaked to Keefe. But I'm sure we have all gotten into arguments with people that we love and it quickly becomes water under the bridge. Maybe it is the spark this team needed. I think Marchand and Pastrnak have handled it perfectly.
