It's not human nature, its laziness, the easy thing to do,not much brain effort.
Whatever, guess you’re Mr Super fan ,I am old enough to remember when Mr Orr,played and there were times even as a kid where I would even be yelling at him if he made a bad play, the thing with Orr was when he did screw up ,pretty much the next time he touched the puck he would make up for it.I love Brad ,but these two games he has been terrible,it’s the Stanley Cup Finals he needs to get his head out of his Ass and play like it ,he has been guilty of some brutal bone head play, and of just plane laziness on the back check, and yess he isn’t the only one.Not sure what you’re profession is ,but in any profession if you don’t do a good job ,it’s ok for the customer to complain isn’t it,fans are basically a players customer, just think of the fans who were at the game and paid hundreds of dollars, probably thousands for some ,Yeah they have a right to complain,I would have been bloody furious. If that makes me a bad fan in your eyes ,I really don’t care.

Yes,2 games no excuse. let's crucify them. damn no reason not to perform in those games. Maybe tar and feathers ? That'll teach them a lesson.

98.5 said yesterday that Bergeron's line has 14 points in games 1-3, and 33 points in games 4-7. There have been 11 games 1-3, and 8 games 4-7. Cassidy will adjust, as will that line. Have faith.

I really think Brad is trying to overcompensate for Bergy and Pasta. Pasta is a shell of himself- whatever is ailing him, he passes the puck instead of taking shots. Something ain't right with Bergy. Brad needs to be selfish and take the shots on his own instead of trying to help his linemates score. He had a couple of chances the other night to at least get a good shot on net, but instead passed it to Bergy.

To be honest, he's not himself. Bergy not taking offensive late in game face offs? .
I think these 2 days will be enough to recuperate and be able to play their game.

I don't quite get the point of saying that there is too much unwarranted complaining. People simply want to see our best players do better in the Finals, and are expressing that here.

Everybody on this board obviously wants the Bruins to win or we wouldn't bother posting here. It's simply annoying to see our best players struggle at the most important stage of the year. It doesn't mean they don't support them or want them to succeed.

Marchand doesn't "suck". He's playing "sucky" now. And if he doesn't stop, this rare chance at a cup might pass this team by.

when june 1st arrives - the bruins have on played 2 games since eliminating carolina. So they have had plenty of time to rest and heal some injuries.
The problem with groin injuries is they can pop up anytime ( see bergeron ) if he is struggling with his skating in may play into his mind and
effect his overall game. Limit his ability to do the things he normally does real well. Doubt he will sit out being it being the stanley cup finals. Groin
injuries need time to heal .

This might be way off base, but watching Pasta skate and passing instead of taking shots- I've wondered if he has some abdominal strain. Watch him the next couple of games- it seems that that area is sensitive to him. He's had bursts of speed, but then after slows down. I don't know if anyone else has seen this- he's been wincing after he turns to get the puck.

So to paraphrase you: I'm not saying it, but I'm saying it.

Jesus. H. Christ this is a ridiculous thing to even utter. He had a bad night. He made a few really bad plays. **** happens. I'd chalk it up to an off night, but you go there? Yikes.

Why are you trying to turn this into something that its not?

Would just like to throw in my opinion that he’s been dreadful more often than not this entire postseason, in hopes that he dominates the rest of the way and makes me feel dumb.

Maybe I am missing something, but I don't think anyone said he sucks- just that well, he sucked the other night, as did Bergie and Pasta. There is a difference. We're all rooting for them every night. We know they're human, we know they'll make mistakes. Brad needs to shoot the puck more and not try to set up Bergie and Pasta, as clearly those two for whatever reason, are off their games- no doubt injury related. Brad had himself a couple of scoring chances that he should have taken, but he passed it to Bergie- once Bergie missed the pass, the other time he whiffed it. Whether or not Brad would have scored on both of those opportunities is hard to say, but for now, he just might have to carry that line in terms of scoring chances and just shoot the puck when he has the chance.

He's also had guys all over him in every series. They tend to shadow him much more than Pasta or Bergie, because they know he's the scoring threat on that line now.

The whole lot of em have been terrible. Yes they receive extra attention, but even without that they’ve failed to deliver.

I want to believe they’ll come around, because as Coach Parker said they’ve never not been able to get up for the biggest games.

I'm not turning this into anything other than what it was. You did the deed all by yourself with the "I'm not suggesting this, but" post you made that I responded to.

I was responding to someone who posted Marchand's play looked like the fix was on. I agreed. Then clearly stated it was not an accusation, but an observation. Posters have said things like "so and so played like he was drunk". That doesn't mean they really think he was drunk. Nor does anyone else point it out.

If you say so.
