    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Hello, we have a trip planned for Mar 28th vs the Canucks and I have been trying to contact someone at the box office but I have had no luck. I purchased tickets in November over the phone with the box office and I wanted to find out when I can pick up at will call. Funny thing is I totally forgot I purchased the tickets this way and I went to view the tickets on my ticketmaster account but it said that I have no upcoming events. I freaked out and did not remember I had to purchase over the phone as it was an exclusive deal through nationwide arena. Freaked out for about two hours looking through emails and my credit card banking and there was no transaction. Then I remembered I paid with my debit/visa and found the transaction. Now I just need to talk to someone at the box office to confirm but that seems to be impossible. Does anyone know when I can reach a human being??
 
Only tip I can offer is to make sure you're calling on event days. I did try to find their hours on their website but didn't find anything concrete. Ticketmaster says they open at 12pm EST on event days.
 
So would those tickets still be through ticketmaster right?

May be different because it was online but I had tickets to a game in Calgary and my normal ticketmaster account said I had no upcoming events but the lady at the box office told me to download the Calgary specific app. Logged in with my credentials there and the tickets were there. Kind of a dumb system but maybe download the team specific app and check

But, when I call nationwide arena yesterday (game day) and today their answering machine says that you cannot purchase tickets with them over the phone and that you must go through ticketmaster. So...im freaking out a but....did I dream that this happened??? 😆 🤣 😂

Called on event day. Machine says something about modified hours. I left a message with all my info.

but does checking ticketmaster include downloading the Columbus Blue Jackets app and looking up your tickets there?
 
Did they take an email when the order was made over the phone and was the email different than the one you normally use for ticketmaster events?

Call Monday and ask for a ticket representative at the CBJ offices
They probably aren’t working days during a home game as they need to be there at night FOR the game
There is no one there on weekends so call Monday or Tuesday
Someone should be in
They will figure it out
They have always been helpful to me
