Proposal: Bowen Byram for 4oa plus prospect

Winning the lottery was a huge present but I don't want more prospects even if they are fantastic centers. I would love to see Serg and Byram as our first line pairing. Yes we have the Russians coming but they will be a few years away and I personally don't see Sim as a number 2 Dman. This is great value for Buffalo but would you go for it?

Byram-Dahlin was statistically the best pair in the NHL last year when they played together. Granted that’s mostly because of how elite Dahlin is, but Byram is absolutely due credit for being able to keep up. No one else on Buffalo’s blue line could.

As for the proposal, value aside, I just cannot make myself give a f*** about adding another 18yo that might be good in 3-5 years. IMO, the only trades Buffalo should be making are ones that make the team better now.

Quite a while ago but it seems like some people still don't recognize how good he is.

As a Canucks fan he is the type of Dman we could target if Buffalo feels like some posters here and Quinn is moved.

If that was offered by Utah, Buffalo should absolutely accept. Kesselring and Crouse would be good adds to their team.

Bo isn't worth the 4th. Others have floated Dobson for the 4th and that seems like better value.

It was the first thing I thought of when the draft lottery finished along with Barzel to the nucks for the 15th, 2nd, Joshua and a prospect like Mynio or Kudriatzev both solid D prospects.

With all that they could move in to the top 10 possibly by adding to the 15th and if they get lucky, pretty much bang out a rebuild or at least really hasten it with Schaefer, Hagan's and then target the best winger they can get in the 10-15 range.

He actually is as he was tied for 15th in ES points this year and has a good well rounded game and has already proven himself in the playoffs.
