Proposal: Boston sends Justin Brazeau to Minnesota in exchange for 2025 4th-round pick

He’s worth more than that. Great finisher around the net, doesn’t do much more than that but he does it very well and isn’t a negative in any other areas really

He is worth more than that, but I mean what’s the plan with him? I thought he would be signed by now

Bold to assume that there is any kind of plan in Boston right now. Sweeney is basically waiting to see if team is a playoff team before he makes any changes, but the paradox is that they likely won’t make the playoffs without changes now, the deadline will be too late.

Not sure he has enough "bite" for Guerin. He likes his guys to be chewing roofing nails.
Surprisingly despite being advertised as non physical is one of the few Bruins to hit heavy using his size.

A good Bruin but if they will not extend him he should be traded. Imagine it will be more than a 4th however.

The Wild already have the decent NHL version of this guy in Freddy Gaudreau.
Really? Freddy is a good skating, moderately sized, defensive C with good positional awareness. Flashes some skill on occasion. Not much of a hitter or grinder.

As far as the proposal, I think it is fair. Would rather have Brazeau than Shore, Gaunce, Jones, or the like playing.

I don't think he skates that well, better than the sluggish Brazzeau, who stinks. He can't keep up with the play.

Brazeau can be a useful guy in 5-8 minutes in the playoffs imo. When he is using his size along the boards and making simple plays he can make a legitimate impact. 4th and a tweener sounds about right as a return.
