I didn't realize we have so many future stand up comedians on here.

Gotta love the ones who twist words and then cry wolf. Give me a break.

Angrymilkcrates I said that tongue in cheek. It's obvious he isn't the 2nd coming of Crosby no one is. Do you think he will step up and be a serviceable player on the Bs? I really only go by what is said on here about him as I really have never seen a game in Providence. I have been a Bruin fan for over 60 years so I want them to succeed as much as anyone on here. If Lysell turned into a skilled Bruin I would be as happy as any other Bruin fans.
And therein lies the problem. You admit you've never watched him. If you go by whara been said on here, you'd know he's skilled and fast and would be a great addition to the Bruins. They botched his development, especially with him not playing 2 seasons ago when the Bruins were out of the playoffs.

The kid is good. He can be a serviceable player. But then you gotta make up jokes or lies or whatever you do for some reason.
Cool. Bo Horvat was rumored in a trade for him at one point. And your point is what?

We want speedy skilled guys. We draft them. And then we change everything they are. Trying to turn them into something they aren't. This is a philosophy thats killing the Bruins. Its why we haven't developed a forward since JDB and Danton Heinen. So the organization has to get with the times. Not every player will be a 200ft player. And that should be okay.

I still have a very serious concern about the organizational approach to developing these kids. Worried more now than ever as this team finally appears to have some very intriguing prospects who, with the right coaching , could play significant roles in the NHL
You and me both.

I feel this is a very fair concern.

I agree with you, but sarcasm and hyperbole does not translate well on message boards.

My counterpoint to your point is that the value Lysell had at the time you are referencing is normal for a 1st rounder forward skill prospect. I don't think anyone in the NHL was overvaluing him. I also don't remember anyone here going overboard on his value either, though remembering posts from 3 years ago is harder than it used to be with each passing day.

And you insinuated what about me first? Hmm? 🤔

Dont dish it, if you cant take it. You know  exactly what you're doing.

Funny how you have nothing to say about what I posted, but instead worried if I think you're a liar. No, Dennis you're not a liar. You just like to stir the pot.
First you call me a liar.

Now you say I'm not a liar.

Maybe you should be a little bit more careful with what you say in the first place.

You got offended by me saying "these people". Must of hit you hard then because you assumed that post was for you. And it wasn't but of course you gotta white knight come in and somehow make it about you. And you're apart of the problem. Who are  YOU to tell me what I should say and to be more careful what I say? I didnt say anything wrong. If you're offended and think that post was for you, then perhaps take a look into the mirror then, eh?

You got your little sycophants in your corner I see. Some who consistently call people stupid with no reprimand. But somehow it's me. I'm the issue.

Maybe you're the one with the gall. Ignore me. Ive had enough with your games.

I really don’t feel like cleaning all of this garbage up. So I’ll leave this here:

KNOCK IT THE F*** OFF

Please. Thank you.
Any chance of forced ignore coming back yet ?

I know theres an issue where it doesn't exist anymore. But it would be nice to have an update on that. Would be great to eliminate these issues swiftly.

I'm the missing link between man and the hockey player. Why does there always have to be a link? Back when the Bruins drafted him I'm sure there were articles of how the Canucks coveted Lysell. If you want to investigate take a look back and get back to me. Obviously Lysell is a skilled player. He just hasn't got what the Bruins consider is required to make an NHL squad. If he had the ability he would be a solid NHL player by now would he not. Maybe I'm missing something. I love crow pie. I eat them feathers and all. Maybe Lysell will prove me wrong and serve up another one.
Yes I also vaguely remember articles of the Canucks having interest. I took it more as in like we were interested in Reichel not so much how teams felt about Crosby.
