Dadonov has much more value than Johnson did(bigger better about to become a pending UFA) and helping out VGK is much less impactful than helping out TBL was. Somehow, Johnson only cost TBL a 2nd, one of the best trades I've ever seen so I doubt Dadonov costs less than that, but I'm sure VGK could get rid of Dadonov for that little, as they did with ANA.

While there is a specific deadline for trades, teams can still acquire players from other clubs after March 21. The caveat is that any player traded after the March 21 deadline is not eligible to be placed on a team's postseason roster. They can play the rest of the regular season with their new squad, however.
Every time someone spouts this nonsense like it's fact, you should get a week ban, stop perpetuating false information when you don't know jack about the topic.

Double check the trade list and hope the Bruins aren't on it lol

To Bruins:

Dadonov
2023 1st
2022 2nd
2022 NYR 3rd
2023 3rd

To VGK:

Something to make the cap work

The Bruins would have no problem helping out the Golden Knights with some of their cap issues. Just have to pay a little price ;):naughty:
 Vegas isn't giving up a 1st and 2nd and 2 3rd round picks to move Dadonov and besides taxes are high in Boston so they're probably on his no trade list.

That's a bit over the top; a lot of people have been confused by this recently. Don't know why, but it feels like this just changed from can play after deadline to can't play after deadline all of a sudden (obviously with either being ineligible for postseason).
