The kids has had 1 or 2 concussions and covid this season.

I mean I kinda get what he's saying. Maybe close to most valuable in a series you need to shut down one line, win face-offs, and kill pps to win.
Just not as valuable on the road.

Anyone else have the forums update while you are going back and reading? I dont check the board during the period and as I'm catching up its constantly refreshing, makes it really hard to figure out when things are posted. Sometime I'm like "I read that last page!"

Its just not his play though. While Svech, Aho, Slavin and maybe even Turbo are more skilled and more of the other teams would want them in a trade i think this team is gonna take a turn for the worse when he leaves.
Also just by personality I dont think anyone but Svech could replace him in the locker room leadership wise. While Aho's fire is awesome i think he's a little more "You need to do this" type and Staal is more level headed.
