edit: He was at a 93 point pace last year and that was with a down stretch when he first came back after the shoulder injury. 100 points were always in the cards.

That seems to be a new trend in all tv sportscasting.

Just talk about random topics while the play is happening. Don't bother with things like who has the ball/puck, who's defending, what's going on on the ice/field.

Not a fan of that myself.
