Refs so bored and wanting a goal they're making up penalties. I'd moan that we aren't getting enough of these chinzy calls in our favour but with our PP, who can be too upset? Our PK generates more momentum and chances but you never want to tempt fate too much with a PP unit as deadly as Tampa's can be.
